The IBC allows for cross-chain communication without the need for a bridge, while Comet centralizes sequencing for different blockchains.
The Cosmos Hub, which provides security through its validators to other networks in the Cosmos ecosystem, could also play a role in boosting rollups that utilize both Cosmos SDK and Ethereum infrastructures.
Looking ahead, Baricevic highlighted two key next steps for Cosmos SDK: maintaining adaptability to market conditions through modularity and implementing zero-knowledge (ZK) technology.
