Binance Academy Partners with European Universities for Accredited Web3 Courses

Binance, the crypto exchange giant, has made a significant move in the world of blockchain education by partnering with renowned European universities to offer accredited Web3 courses. This initiative aims to democratize access to blockchain education and prepare students for the jobs of the future.

The partnership between Binance Academy and three prestigious European universities – Prague University of Economics and Business, European Business Institute in Luxembourg, and ESCP Business School – will offer certifying courses on digital assets and blockchain technology. These courses, developed by experts in the field, will cover everything from the basics of Bitcoin to advanced applications of DeFi.

Yi He, co-founder of Binance, emphasized the importance of education in driving the adoption of blockchain technologies. By offering affordable access to these courses, Binance aims to equip future generations with the skills needed for the evolving job market.

Participants in these courses will receive a certificate jointly issued by the partner university and Binance Academy upon completion. Binance has also reduced the registration fee to make the courses more accessible, furthering their goal of becoming a key player in blockchain education globally.

In addition to these accredited courses, Binance is also exploring the possibility of establishing a physical university dedicated to Web3 technologies. This strategic shift, along with the recent launch of the Giggle Academy by founder Changpeng Zhao, demonstrates Binance’s commitment to advancing education in the crypto space.

By collaborating with reputable academic institutions, Binance is not only bridging the skills gap but also paving the way for the integration of blockchain technologies into various industries. This initiative is a step towards creating a workforce that is well-equipped to navigate the rapidly expanding blockchain ecosystem.

Overall, Binance’s partnership with European universities marks a significant milestone in the world of blockchain education, offering students the opportunity to gain valuable skills and knowledge in this emerging field.
