Saga Launches Power-Level Over 9000 Airdrop Campaign for Gamers

Gaming-focused blockchain network Saga has just announced a massive airdrop campaign dubbed “Power-Level Over 9000!” in reference to the popular “Dragon Ball Z” meme. The campaign, in partnership with over 100 projects and games across various blockchain networks, will offer users who stake their SAGA tokens the chance to receive bundles of token and NFT airdrops over the coming months.

The airdrops will be grouped in “vaults” featuring multiple projects giving out various prizes, with notable games like Shrapnel, The Sandbox, and Wilder World all participating. Saga emphasized its commitment to fostering collaboration within the Web3 gaming community, with partners from ecosystems such as Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos, Polygon, and Avalanche joining the campaign.

While some projects outside of the Saga ecosystem are involved, the majority of drops will come from “chainlets” within the Saga network. Saga, a layer-1 network that allows developers to launch their own chains, recently launched its mainnet and token listing on Binance. The network gained attention with previous airdrop campaigns that saw a record-breaking $13.4 billion staked on Binance.

This new airdrop campaign marks Saga’s first major marketing push since the launch of its mainnet, signaling the network’s continued growth and engagement within the gaming and blockchain communities.
